Return

In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with our art, you have the option to have our Customer Service Department process an exchange or issue you a Returns Good Authorization (RGA) for a refund within seven days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed less the actual shipping & handling costs to ship the order to you. All returns or exchanges must be sent to us freight prepaid, utilizing the original packaging to ensure it arrives to our facility damage-free. Please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail or telephone to receive return / exchange instructions. We are not able to accept returns of our art that have been altered in any way by the customer. All custom orders, including color changes, custom sizes or any custom changes requested by the customer may only be returned for a store credit. In the event we are custom framing your arts, all framed arts are final sale. Please note that for international orders, any of the following charges paid by the customer are not refundable: customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

PRODUCT PRICE CHANGES

In the event of a price reduction of an item recently ordered, ibrilliantart.com will only credit a difference to an order if the order is in the process phase. Any price reduction will not be refunded if the order has been shipped.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ibrilliantart.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a ibrilliantart.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ibrilliantart.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ibrilliantart.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ibrilliantart.com will issue a full credit back to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. ibrilliantart.com is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

TERMINATION

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by ibrilliantart.com without notice at any time, for any reason.
